Toll-free Numbers are numbers which are free for the calling party but it is not free for the called party. The called party or the subscriber of that number has to buy minutes in advance for certain period of time. Every incoming call received on that number, reduces those toll free minutes purchased. The subscriber can also make an outgoing call which will be treated as a normal call and will not affect toll free minutes of incoming call.

Fax

Faxing is a method through which any document is transferred from the sender to the receiver within few seconds. Documents can be faxed through phone line or internet, where internet faxing is becoming more popular as it provides more functionality and reliability than phone faxing. Online faxing uses internet connection for the transmission of faxes, hence no additional telephone line is needed which saves the extra cost of an added telephone line.
